Send A File

You can send us a file two ways -
EMAIL
    Send an email with an attachment to Sales@CarbonColors.net. Max file size 20MB, less than 10MB works best.

FTP UPLOAD
    Use FTP to drag and drop files into our server, then call or email us so we know to look for your file. Please label your files like this "CustomerName_ProjectName.ext". No file size limit.

Host (Domain):  www.carboncolors.net *Note - FTP requires software or a browser plug-in such as described below
Login:               carbonftp
Password:         Upload1
*Don't forget to call or email us so we know to to look for your file!

Here is an easy & free way to send via FTP:

- Make sure you have the FIREFOX internet browser. Free, legal, and safe: GET FIREFOX HERE
- Install the Free, legal, Firefox browser Plug-In FireFTP: GET FireFTP HERE.
- Restart Firefox, Click on Tools (in the Firefox Menu at the top) - and select FireFTP
(If a pop-up window or the newest Firefox tab is asking for donation, just close it)
- Now you should see the FireFTP interface, Click "Create An Account" near the top left
- Input the Name as CarbonColors FTP and fill in the rest of the FTP information from above
- Hit OK and then press the "connect" button near the top left
- The left side of the screen is your computer - browse to the file and drag and drop it to the right
